At London Halal Store, your satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
Food & Perishable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on perishable goods (including food and drinks), unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
Non-Perishable & Non-Food Items (e.g. art products, lifestyle goods): You may return eligible non-food items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
If you receive an item that is:
Damaged in transit
Defective or expired
Incorrect (not the item you ordered)
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost to you.
Email us at support@londonhalalstore.co.uk with your order number, details, and photos (if applicable).
We will confirm if your item is eligible for return or refund.
For approved returns, ship the item back to us using a tracked delivery service. (Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.)
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Where possible, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund (e.g. if you prefer a replacement product). Exchanges are subject to product availability.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if:
Items are returned after the 14-day window.
Food products have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging.
Items show signs of misuse or are not in resellable condition.
